Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 pounds of ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs if using. Mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the crust dense.

Press the beef mixture evenly onto the prepared pan, shaping it into a large round or rectangle, about ½ inch thick. Make sure the thickness is consistent so it cooks evenly.

Bake the beef crust for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and most of the excess grease has rendered. Carefully drain off any accumulated fat.

While the crust bakes, cook the remaining 2 pounds of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease and stir in the sautéed onions. Set aside.

Remove the baked beef crust from the oven and spread the ketchup evenly over the surface. Sprinkle the cooked crumbled beef mixture evenly on top.

Layer the cheddar cheese slices across the pizza, covering as much surface area as possible. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow the Burger Pizza to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. This helps it hold together when served.

Serving and Storage:
Burger Pizza is best served hot, sliced just like traditional pizza. For a true burger experience, add optional toppings such as sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes after baking.

Serve it on its own or pair it with classic sides like fries, potato wedges, or coleslaw. It is especially popular for parties, game nights, and casual gatherings.

Leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container. Refrigerated, Burger Pizza will keep well for up to three days.

To reheat, warm slices in the oven at 325°F or in a skillet over medium heat to maintain texture. Microwaving is possible but may soften the crust.

Tips:
Using parchment paper makes draining grease and transferring the pizza much easier.

If you want extra burger flavor, a small amount of mustard can be mixed into the ketchup before spreading.
