Ingredients For the Foil Packets
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Teriyaki Sauce
¾ cup teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Optional Garnishes
Sesame seeds
Sliced green onions
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Foil Sheets
Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Lightly grease each sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
Step 2: Prepare Chicken

Place one chicken piece in the center of each foil sheet.
Step 3: Add Vegetables & Pineapple
